Fullers Earth Clay, Brahmi, Calamus, Triphala, Black Cohosh, Neem, White Turmeric, Rose Hips, Tulsi, Shatavari
Use in place of soap, or as a body mask or scrub. Add 4 tablespoons or desired amount of grains to a bowl then add water until a paste-like consistency is formed. Using fingertips apply to body. Then rise off with warm water after 5 minutes or directly after application. To use as a face mask or facial cleansing grains, use one a week.
